Lead Practitioner - Let’s Talk – ECAT
The Let's Talk programme has been specially designed to give early years practitioners professional development in their role to lead an initiative in the setting.
The programme extends their skill, knowledge and understanding of how to support speech, language and communication in the setting, it develops their reflective practice and promotes leadership skills.
